dc.description.abstract	La presente tesis estudia, analiza y compara los fundamentos de Thomas Hobbes y Giambattista Vico acerca del origen de la sociedad. A través del análisis de nociones como la religión, los mitos, la autoridad soberana y el desarrollo histórico se visualizarán sus diferencias filosóficas que derivan de fundamentos distintos acerca de la naturaleza humana. Para llevar a cabo esta tarea se estudiarán sus dos obras más importantes –Leviatán y Ciencia nueva– comparando sus ideas para ofrecer una reflexión crítica acerca de las narrativas sociales en la construcción social. También se plantean posibles líneas de investigación futuras dentro del campo de la moral, las sociedades contemporáneas y el conocimiento.	es

dc.description.abstractenglish	This thesis studies, analyzes and compares the notions of Thomas Hobbes and Giambattista Vico about the origin of society. Through the analysis of ideas such as religion, myths, sovereign authority and historical development, their philosophical differences that derive from different foundations about human nature will be visualized. To conduct this task, his two most important works –Leviathan and New Science– will be studied, comparing their lines of thinking to offer a critical reflection of social narratives in social construction. Possible future lines of research are also proposed within the field of morality, contemporary societies and knowledge.	es
